After living here for almost three years, I finally visited the Pinball Hall of Fame the other day and it really made me wonder why I waited so long! I guess the real reason is that I'm not, and never really have been much of a gamer. But then I had an out of town friend visit that had the PHOF on his radar so we checked it out with no expectations whatsoever. It really is an incredible place! Admission is free and you just have to use quarters to play the games. Worth noting is that it's not just pinball. There's a wide variety of vintage and truly antique arcade games as well! They even had the table hockey (with the clear dome over it) and an air hockey table! I guess it's possible that other places exist in the world with similar or even more extensive selections of pinball and arcade games but I really do doubt it. This is pretty much the Mecca for this genre as far as I'm concerned!
