  • Honestly, I've come here many times since I moved to the neighborhood and thought they were good, a little disorganized but good overall. I normally just come in for a brow wax. 2 issues I have that make this 3 stars - 1 I bought one of their waxing packages because I come here regularly and it seemed like a good deal. The problem is... they don't keep track of how many times you've used the package so I paid for the service and when they called to tell me I had services left they just said 2 or 3 as if they hadn't been keeping track... isn't this their responsibility if they are selling a long term package? 2 - I came in for a pedicure, specifically because they have massage chairs... or so I thought. They don't work. So they charge $50 for a standard pedicure. Next time I'll be going around the corner to Sekai or Show Nails where its $15-17 cheaper and just as friendly of service. Management should really do a better job keeping up with the place and putting better organization in place.
