  • Not a good experience with the front desk and the manager. Most of the room has no views and kinda smell a little because of the kitchen. The front desk lady was very rude, gave us a room with a view of trash can, then when we ask to change the room, the manager came out and said we have to wait 3hours to see if there's any room available. Very disappointed with their customer service, will never go there again!
