The treatments are terrible, particularly the massages. They don't treat their masseuses well & they book massages back-to-back, so you're guaranteed going to get less time than you paid for. An hour massage will generally be 40 minutes.
It would also be nice if the staff/management were better at ensuring basic rules are followed. Most of the problems at BB are because visitors aren't following rules, like talking in the steam room or not washing properly before entering communal spaces. Staff need to be on top of this stuff. For example, bachelorette parties drenched in perfume & hair spray who climb into the salt pool without showering first, so we all get to marinade in their stink. Or, last time I was there I overheard a couple new people wondering if they were supposed to shower & wash their hair before getting into the pool? Obviously yes. If you're confused about that, the staff aren't doing their jobs.
Other things:
One time I went in the winter & the steam room was lukewarm. I came out shivering.
I recommend avoiding going in the summer when it's hot out. You're already hot from the weather; you don't need to mess with your body temperature any further.
If you have to go on a weekend (like me, because I work 9-5), go early. Like, be there for when they open at 9am. Weekend afternoons are packed, & it's often with people who have never been before which gets annoying.
I do overall recommend going for the waters. I do the circuit once, then sit in the salt pool & relax. It's worth it.
