  • Let me start by telling you that all of the items that you purchase from Great Scott's you will thoroughly enjoy. What you won't enjoy here is the fact that you walk out each time annoyed and dismayed by the level of customer service that you receive. Let's start by the fact that if you get multiple items both bakery and non-bakery you have to check out in two separate registers. To make matters worse you order through Scott he seems annoyed and his overall very unpleasant to deal with. The lady that works with him (I believe it's his mother) acts as a moderator to help calm him down. I want to love this place so much more because The food is so good, but the fact remains it's not worth the hassle. Wildflower bakery is a much more pleasant option and they will be more than happy to take your order and leave you smiling each time.
