  • This place has the worse service! I went just to drop my car off for an oil change and there was 1 person in service that kept flirting with the guy in front of me for like 30 minutes and there was a line forming. She even left the register to go in the back and talk to one of the mechanics while everyone was in line. She finally got to me and I told her I needed a oil change and tire rotation she got my information and picked up the phone and was arguing with a mechanic about him calling out right in front of me. She processed all my paperwork and started talking to another customer while she still had me waiting I had to ask her if I was good to go because she didn't give me any paperwork she was telling another customer rudely that all the mechanics were too busy and couldn't do his work. I then came to pick up my car and was helped by Connor he was really nice compared to Stephanie to my surprise was the "Assistant service manager." While Connor was helping me Stephanie was standing around talking to a girl and her kid while another customer was waiting in line! I took a picture of the posting they had with the phone numbers and the service managers phone number isn't even his #. This place doesn't care about service and Stephanie is rude and unprofessional! We'll see if the regional manager even calls me back.
