  • The dogs are adorable, but cleanliness is not how they do business here. No hand sanitizer, soap to wash hands etc. and the puppies do not look or smell groomed. It made me very sad to go into this store and see what I consider mistreatment of puppies. Would you want to purchase a pet for $1,000 when it hasn't been washed, combed for days (poodles need groomed everyday if not every other) and smells of urine? The manager was very rude and looked at me like something was wrong with me for asking for hand sanitizer...then he told me that I could find some at Trader Joes. Customer service..not so much.
