| - BEWARE OF THE SEASONAL HOURS! THEY OPEN AT 12 DURING THE WINTER AND THAT INFORMATION IS NOT MADE CLEAR ANYWHERE EXCEPT ON A FLYER YOU CAN ONLY SEE WHEN STANDING RIGHT IN FRONT OF THE DOOR!!!! I know it's unusual to get froyo during the winter months here in AZ, but that's what my daughter asked for going on two days over her Christmas break. So we went with my son too, showed up at 10:45. Which is totally my bad because I didn't check the website showing operating hours, however, if I had checked online, operating hours are listed as opening at 11. So I explained we were early and my kids both agreed they were willing to wait 15 mins. So we sat there and waited. By 11am, still nothing. Finally by 11:15 I had seen two people moving around inside but no one had opened the door yet so we went up to the door, where, and only there mind you, is posted the SEASONAL operating hours, which show the yogurt shop opening at 12:00!!! Why are these seasonal hours not listed online? Why are the NORMAL business hours still the easiest decal on the door to read from the parking lot? The business hours that you're not currently operating under need to be somehow "whited" out so that customers cannot see them if you do not open at 11! The flyer on the door that you can only read when standing right in front of it needs to be bigger or posted somewhere easier to see. I do like this place, we will be back, but for such a popular place I think it's fair to expect more. All three of us were pretty disappointed.
