  • This is perhaps the worst restaurant experience in my 46 years of being alive. I pulled to the window and was immediately asked for my order. I stated, "One moment please" to which they responded to take my time. I turned to ask my daughter if she wanted the nuggets or a hamburger meal. In that short amount of time...10 seconds...the girl yelled, "Oh my God. Would these idiots hurry up and order!" I then asked if she knew her microphone was still on. There was silence. I stated, "Excuse me, are you yelling at me?" She stated she was sorry while laughing. I immediately pulled out of the driveway thru and walked inside to speak to the manager. I told him what had occurred and saw two young ladies in the back with headsets on giggling. He asked which drive thru it was and after informing him, he stated he would handle the situation. He never returned with an explanation or an apology. I will never visit this location again and I urge anyone who reads this to know what they think of customers and that they are agitated to have to do their job to serve people. Worst Mcdonalds I have ever visited.
