  • -1000000 stars. Avoid this place like the plague. I have never experienced such horrific customer service in my entire life. We had body work done to our vehicle as well as brand new rims put on. They royally screwed up multiple areas of the body work (bumper is not aligned, forgot to hook windshield fluid back up, etc) - but the rims are the real treat. We gave them brand new, in-box rims to be installed. They subcontract this work out to somebody else. Whoever put the tims on does not have a touchless machine - upon retrieving the car, the rims had serious machine damage. Superior would not own up to it, and blamed me. After I questioned why there were 25km on the car, they owned up to it being driven elsewhere to have the rims installed. And then it just gets ugly. They either thought that I wouldn't notice, or they were trying to cover themselves for not seeing the damage when it was returned to them. They fought me over and over until they finally owned up. Told me to bring the rims back after winter and they would send them away to be refinished. Now, it's August and I brought them in. I had them taken off by another company, as clearly Superiors subcontractor doesn't have the proper machinery. Brought them that bill, and they won't pay it. Also said they aren't able to fix the curb damage on the rims, only their damage. What?? This is the reason why we didn't have them refinished at the time of incident - they said that we might as well wait as there would likely be additional rock chips, curb marks etc that we could get fixed all at once. Mark, the general manager, will do his best to make you feel like an absolute moron. Ken, the production manager is his sidekick and will do the same. For something that they did horrifically wrong, they certainly did their very best to make me feel like it was MY fault. These guys need a serious lesson in customer service. I hope their entire organization crumbles. I will scream it from the rooftops to everybody I know - AVOID SUPERIOR. Criminals.
