  • If you want to pay 30% more than you should for customer service then this is your store. These guys are taking advantage of people's lack of knowledge. I had them do an estimate on carpet being installed in one of my small homes, I knew the exact square footage. Their prices were ok but they are making extra money by over estimating the amount of carpet/hardwood/tile you need. Carpets N More priced out the same house, same exact carpet and pad and the difference was $2,300 and $1,720. Big difference for a small job. One other big box store measured the area but priced a different carpet and their square footage estimate was also more than 100 square feet less. Beware of this place. Edit. This review was not based on a budget. I compared the EXACT SAME carpet and pad, all three carpet and pad prices were within pennies. What I'm saying is these guys are making money on over estimating square footage. $500 on a very small job.
