  • This is by far the worse pet hospital we've taken our dog. Our 15 years old shitzu was misdiagnosed! They said she had pneumonia at first and was treated for pneumonia for 2 days. They did an x-ray test on the second day which should have done on the first day before treating her with antibiotics and found out she had a tumor in her lungs. At 8pm on the second night, we decided to take her out and just make her comfortable at home. Plus we felt like she was getting worse at this place and not getting better! During check out, we were told that we owed $130 more after paying $1480 for initial deposit. We told the front desk girl that the fees should be less because we took her out a day before. We were told that if we weren't able to pay the balance, they would not send our dog home with any medication needed even after paying $1480 for misdiagnosed treatment and test! Stay away from this pet hospital! All they want is your $$$$. They are heartless and don't care about your pet. I wish we had more 24hours pet hospital in Nevada. This place is horrible!!!
