Although the issues and experience still holds true and this should of all been nonexistent or settled on the first evening and at the very least by check out time of 3 days at the hotel I will say the manager Laura was very sweet and has been fully updated on our side and how this weekend went for us. The apologies and settlement is to our satisfaction and her generosity in her offer is appreciated. This doesn't undo the ruined weekend trip however it stings a little less and maybe we can try again. We can't say for sure if we'd stay again however giving a place another shot to redeem themselves may happen but we will have to think on that and see if we will.
