| - Whole Foods has always been a special place to shop and this location is tops with all the awesome eatery choices like the Ramen shop that I tried on my first visit. The ramen was delicious but the price and portion size I just can't justify in my head so I most likely am a one hit wonder as far as going back. I loved the kids play area for my wee ones but after going several times and seeing this odd congregation of flies that just hung out there, we gave up. Like they were just everywhere and not even flying around but just chilling on the carpet and basking in the sun. I brought it someone's attention and he said they were trying to figure out a solution.
The upstairs eating area, including the outdoor space is a lovely place to sit alone with a treat and a great book or meet up with friends. I love the giant Connect 4 as well. The bakery is a bit underwhelming for a WF, I think they have something against bread and rolls. Like they are so limited or just non-existent. I bought some of their chicken less chicken salad and wanted to grab a roll to put it on, nope not gonna happen. I ended up walking to Panera and buying a roll and then walking back to WF to eat it (I was meeting a friend there). Now, I must say that I love, love, love their vegan cookies. Only thing is I wish there was some kind of sign reminding people to use the tissue paper to serve themselves. On several occasions I've seen people just reach in with their hands and get cookies out. And yes, I politely pointed them to the tissue papers. Gross! Come on folks, you're smart enough to know better. And I once bought cookies and noticed they had nuts in them but it wasn't listed on the description. It just said vegan chocolate chip cookies but it also had a bunch of nuts in it. Might want to add that WF.
I love their custom water machine and we often get their sparkling water with added flavoring and boost vitamins in them. In the beginning they were constantly out of the 32 ounce bottles but lately they seem to always be stocked. It's a great price at $1.69 a bottle.
Their produce is nice but is still a tad overpriced on some items. If you love cheese, they have some nice selections and they carry a decent amount of vegan stuff but are often sold out of it so if you're looking for something specific, you might want to call first. I love the Beyond Burgers but they're always out of stock. An employee did tell me that the company that makes them was having issues keeping up with demand. Their dried goods, nut, energy bites, flours are excellent as usual and a fair price. One thing lacking is customer service on the floor. It's really hard to find someone to help you and often times those employees on the floor aren't particularly eager to help. Don't expect Publix type customer care here.
Overall, I love the store and hope to see it improve in some areas but it's definitely a keeper.
That is all! (Don't forget to hit the useful, funny or cool button. Would love the feedback.)
