  • "Sign up for a free 30 day trial", "it only takes a few minutes" After you fill the form, they'll tell you that you have to call them and send them a fax with all your info and a "cover letter" saying why you want to create an account....WHY ELSE WOULD I WOULD TO CREATE AN ACCOUNT OTHER THAN TO USE THE PRODUCT YOU TRIED TO SELL ME ONLINE??!?! The agent on the phone will tell you they cannot do anything unless they receive the fax but ONLY after making you answer 10 questions making the call completely useless. The agent couldn't tell me if I will be charged for the product that I signed up for. ------------------------ Hung up, called again. Answered the same questions and account was verified without issue... no wonder they have security breaches.....
