  • On 2/3/2018 (Saturday), I gassed-up at this gas station at ~4:00 pm. I paid cash of $30.00 ($20.00 and $10.00 bills) and the Female clerk/cashier only gave me a credit of $13.00, which I found out when the pump #6, the farthest pump from the store, stopped at $13.00 rather than at $30.00 worth of gas. Yes, she is a scam bag in my opinion and I am wondering how she gets hired by this store to handle cash. I walked back to the store (2nd time) to inform the lady attendant "why only $13.00 instead o $30.00"? She agued that I only gave her $13.00 instead of $30.00.I said that is not possible because I gave you 2 bills, if $13.00 there would be at least 4 bills at minimum ($10.00 + 1.00 + 1.00 +1.00 bills). I requested the female clerk (the cashier I handed the $30.00) as well as the make clerk (yes, there were 2 clerks/cashiers) to check the video surveillance, but they declined. The female clerk said that she has to count her money to find out who made a mistake. After ~ 10 minutes she said OK, She said she made a mistake and gave me the credit balance of what I thought was $17.00. On my 3rd trip to pump#6, it stopped at $10.00 instead of $17.00 worth of credit. I went back to the store for the 4th time to ask why only $10.00? She said she made a mistake again. I went back to pump#6 for the 4th time. Of course I have to wait and wait and returned to the store for the 5th time to ask the female clerk "what is going on". She said go back to the pump#6 because she made a mistake again. I returned to pump#6 for the 5th time and I finally got the credit and I returned to the store for the 6th and final time to get my change of $2.60. Why I went thru the entire process? I want the owner of the store to review the video surveillance and find out for himself/herself the very sad ordeal I went thru last Saturday (2/3/2018) I guess to add insult to injury, the female clerk must be elated within her inner guts by trying to scam and making a poor 63-year old Asian American to go back and forth at between the store and pump#6 for a total of 6 times. I would appreciate if the owner of the store communicate with me at 818-800-2412 and email address of diojavier@gmail.com because I think it is the right thing to do and find out the kind of people representing his/her store. I emailed Gasbuddy.com but the reply to me that this station is an independent station and they do not have anything to do with the store except providing service (proving gas and other stuff).
