  • Got the groupon like other people here, and the experience unfortunately wasn't so great. The lady was very nice but first, it was difficult to locate the spa. The "spa" aka just a room with a bed to lie on was actually inside of a hair salon. It was my first time here and I just sat down and she started to work on my eyes right away. She didn't ask what kind of lashes I wanted or anything about the procedure. I wasn't picky but at the same time, it would've been nice to know my options. The tech worked between two people at one time which I mean, isn't the greatest. I felt like she worked really fast on my lashes and could've done a better job had she slowed down a bit and focused more on one person at a time. As soon as I opened my eyes, my eyes STUNG. Ugh, I definitely needed more time for the glue to dry even though i waited for like what 10-15 minutes and she told me it was okay to open my eyes? I noticed like some lashes had 3 lashes glued to it which was annoying. The only "pro" is that the lashes did last 3-4 weeks but I may get a refill elsewhere.
