  • Loved the beef brisket large format dinner! The meal was served family style and must be reserved in advance. Came here with a group of 7 but the portions were so ginormous it could easily have fed 10 people. The beef brisket which initially looked like uninspiring giant chunks of meat turned out to be so tender and juicy! It's crusted with a dry rub and slowed cooked to delicious perfection. I also couldn't get enough of the fluffy white steamed buns that came with brisket - you can wrap it around the meat and add papaya slaw and crab mayo #yum... We all stuffed ourselves but still had so much left over to bring home - I don't think we even managed to make it halfway through.. Besides the satisfying food coma it is also a bit pricey - $290 for the large format style. So probably only good for a large group of hungry meat-lovers.
