  • I would rate this company a 0 star if I could. BE CAREFUL. I am very annoyed and disappointed with their customer service. I no longer needed the service so I logged on and canceled my cleanings online. Well they leave out that they will "renew" your service. No I did not want my service renewed that is why I canceled. So I got a email saying you Handy booking is scheduled for 2:00pm today. That was the cleaning I canceled and the service altogether, so I called customer service and told them and it was confirmed it was canceled and I no longer wanted any services. Come Monday they charged my card for the cleaning that I canceled. Customer service would not refund me the money or send someone out to clean since they already took my money. Would not connect me to anyone else. They only look to screw people! I canceled my service 2 times not my fault they didn't take proper note. DO not use this company!!!!! So I am out my money and a house that was not even serviced. Who does that to someone? Clearly not an ethical company.
