If you are reading this review I'm begging you to stay away. Just call the office and listen to the tone of how the lady answers the phone. It's all females over there and tensions always seem high. There must be constant infighting between them or something. Or maybe they just never get laid. They are so uptight. When the lady answers, her tone is as if you are nothing and she is better than you. No tact, no customer service, no professionalism. They always seem busier than it's worth to deal with you, even though you might be paying above market rent for a house they take 8 days to get maintenance on. I read these reviews and I gave them a chance last November. What a big mistake. I can't wait to get out if this. It's just bad. No personalization, no friendliness. I honestly don't know how a company survives like this. The owner, Nancy Golba, should take these reviews seriously and understand what is happening in her office. She is turning away business by not QA'ing her staff and allowing the b*tchiness towards customers to continue. I am telling everyone I know and all of my 1000+ Facebook friends about how bad this is and to stay away from Golba Group entirely.
