  • I wanted to update this review to let everyone know that Mickey the owner of GVPM did an amazing follow up with me. He reached out to me right away & made sure there was some type of response to me being upset. I understand sometimes that HOAS cannot always fix every single home owners inquire about but what people usually want if they are not able to fix the issue is some type of communication and someone saying to the home owner that they will do their best to try and resolve their issue. It is not fair for our neighborhoods to look like junk yards or for people to park their work trucks on the street and their regular cars at home! Thank you so much to Mickey for acknowledging what I was upset about and making sure Trevor got back to me! It was never about the amount of time it took to get back to me, I understand people are busy I don't expect a reply right away, it's just about saying more than "unfortunately we cannot do anything about city streets." Trevor and Mickey have done a phenomenal job of trying their best to resolve my issue! Thanks again guys!
