  • They served us cheese sticks without cheese in them. The Reuben was deemed "the worst we've ever had," their mashed potatoes were bland, the turkey in the hot turkey sandwich was dry and tasteless, and the bread was so toasted it had to be cut with a knife. Disappointing.
