rev:text	As others have mentioned, I'd give the Bill Luke Service Department a zero, if possible. I've been taking my Jeep there for years because its close and convenient and they actually have great oil change specials. But don't expert those imbeciles to diagnose anything even remotely complex. Over the past four weeks I've taken my Jeep in there twice for a/c related issues and my a/c still isn't working. Who hard is it to fix the a/c? The first time I brought my Jeep in they charged me $350 to fix the a/c and it stopped working a week later; the second time they charged me $750 and it stopped working a week later. Idiots. These guys suck. Find a local mechanic to work on your vehicle. It's a shame because I don't mind paying a little more at the dealership because the guys are supposed to be experts on the type of vehicle you drive. Not at Bill Luke. These guys are imbeciles. STAY AWAY.
