  • If you really want your fix of Asian groceries, then go here. Good location but T&T is the only thing you'll find at this mall. This mall is pretty sad as all the other retail units sitting empty and for lease. Well nevermind all that...just go to the T&T. It's clean and well organized. I don't go into T&T to shop too much as I do most of my grocery shopping at other stores. I found the proteins, like boneless/skinless chicken breast $2/kg more expensive here at T&T vs Loblaws. Anyway, like I said I don't shop here but what I did find interesting was that they had their own little fast food stalls that sell dim sum, noodles, cold plates of food, bbq meats, and other meals for cheap! They also have a little sitting area where you can eat it. I need protein this particular day after my work out and found a cold plate of 2xeggs, tendon/beef, and tofu for around $3! That's a whole lot of protein...but i'm sure quite a bit of sodium too. Anyhow, I was looking at the other food and they were all pretty inexpensive and great if you don't feel like cooking!
