  • Chronically understaffed, long waits and nowhere to sit. Waiting for someone from staff to purchase iPad Pro, should have purchased online at Amazon. Lower prices through third party, buy it cheaper on Amazon if you can wait a couple days for free shipping. Lower prices at least cut into the Apple's margin. Premium pricing deserves premium service, Apple Store in Scottsdale fails in this regard.
