  • It seems as though most Vegas sushi joints earn their stars from yelpers whose idea of a 5 star restaurant entails eating bad fish til they vomit at the price of $15. As a result, I actually had to read reviews (GASP!) to find Yonaka instead of relying on rating. Oh man, I'm glad I did; I can't remember the last time I had fish of that quality. The bar has been raised.
