  • I had heard and read previous reviews of this hotel so I was a tad nervous, but I had a great experience staying at this hotel for NYE. The staff was super pleasant and exited about the holiday. And the lobby was gorgeous and very festive. The front desk was great about helping us get sone different things that we needed. The parking was a bit high but in uptown Charlotte that is what you will find at many of the places. The valet was only 5 bucks more so I just opted for that. I would definitely stay here again!
