  • Needed brake pads for my motorcycle, Called up Nash Motorcycle (formerly We Ride, formerly Apache), and I spoke with Art. He said that they didn't have them in stock but that he could get them for me in a couple of days. I thanked him and told him I was going to look elsewhere and hung up the phone. A couple of minutes later, my phone rang and it was Art, telling me that he had found some under a different name in the back. I hadn't left my number, but he took the time to look and call me back and let me know the part was available. Came in the next day and he remembered the conversation. In this day and age of indifferent customer service, Art came through with flying colors! Thanks again to him and the team!
