  • I was super excited to try a new place. The ladies were super nice and got me in quick. The work space was really cute and boutique, but it all ended there. The color options were very limited. The tech told be she had 12 years for experience, but couldn't removed the gel polish I had on. After soaking by nail in removed which didn't work she figured a way to remove it BUT she left polish on the sides of every nail.. I asked for design I has seen on there site and she unable to do it which was disappointing. I had lumps in my nails before she applied the base because she didn't file down the orginal base. When i told her there was lumps she said that it was because I had on hard gel (old polish was soft) she couldn't smooth it out but not to worries the polish was self leveling. Needless, to say in the end I had lumps and old polish for days and it begin peeling after 4 days.. I guess the search continues.
