  • Tried this place for a conference since my regular casino was fully booked ... The folks were not friendly by any standards; it took over an hour to check in ... got to the room and the phone and air conditioner didn't work then was made to stand in line again (another 30 minutes) to check in again .... in addition the people I interacted with acted as though this was all a bother to them ... many great places to stay with excellent service
