  • I WAS VIOLATED!!! DO NOT GO TO THIS BEAUTY SUPPLY STORE!!! I REPEAT DO NOT GO TO THIS BEAUTY SUPPLY STORE/GIVE THIS SORRY EXCUSE FOR A BSS YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY!!! If I could leave 0 stars I would! I JUST left this beauty supply store and was violated by the "security" officer. I walked around, selected my items and checked out with the OWNER - at the register left of the door where the security guard was standing after trying to follow me around the store. As I am leaving the "security" officer asked me to "check my bag". I was BAFFLED as I have unfortunately given this place my money plenty of times and have NEVER been asked to have my purse "checked". He then proceeds to tell me "We check everybody's bag". Mind you, the two women who checked out before me were not asked to open their bags. So I go on to say - "I won't be back". He's proceeds to say to me "we don't need you". At that moment I felt VERY disrespected and of course, violated for having my purse searched. I get in my car with my blood BOILIG, pull around the back of the store to see the "owner" smoking a cigarette and tell him what happened. He was VERY nonchalant and says to me "we were robbed two times" and "it's a new policy, he should have told you as you walked in the door" as if that makes it acceptable to ask ANYBODY to open/check their PURSE! You have a security guard to prevent theft not to harass and violate people as they leave your store. I made sure to let him know how disrespected I felt and how unprofessional his employees are - I also told him I'd be leaving a review. Not as if he cares considering the all the HORRIBLE reviews. I live in Henderson and have to drive 35 minutes to get to any beauty supply store that sells ethnic hair care and to be treated like a criminal by their $7.25 an hour "security" guard really put a bad taste in my mouth. Had I not driven so far for the items I NEEDED, I would have DEMANDED my money back. DO NOT GIVE THIS PLACE YOUR MONEY/BUSINESS. They are very undeserving, unprofessional and should be put out of business for their poor business practices. I WILL be reporting them to the BBB!!!
