  • Conveniently located in the convention center. Good quality papers used for their standard printer/copier. A customer told an employee that self-service printer/copier was frozen and his response was "oh, that happened often." But not until another customer asked if he could fix it, then he actually tried to restart the machine. It would have been nice if he could do that when the first customer reported the problem. Other than this mishap, thought the service was okay.
