| - When I presented my $40 battery, (which I had a full year warranty on), to the girl over at Sin City III, because the button was sticking, forcing the battery to stay on, I was told that it was user error. Really? So, I'm NOT supposed to push the button? It's user error? Do you really need to save the $40 for your company? When I told her I would not be back, she shrugged her shoulders, said "ok", and walked away. What a B! I have been going to Sin City II on Rainbow and Oakey for three years now. Went over there, and they replaced the battery with no problem. While I am aware this is the same company, stay away from the Henderson location. Rude. Low integrity, and not very careful with their faithful customers.
