  • I been here once before and it was decent with the price and customer service . However today I called and asked how much a gel polish change is with an acrylic taken off and the female owner said $20. I came in and while another lady was doing it , she said it's an additional $5. I was okay with it until the female owner came out and try to "resolve" the misunderstanding. Instead, she raised her voice and was speaking in a rude attitude. I sat there calmly and said I'll just want my acrylic removed then. Then they went to the back room and started talking about me in Vietnamese. I was okay uuntil the female owner came back and try to persuade me to go do the gel polish and I said no thank you and she said in Vietnamese I'm a "female dog ".after I was done I went up to pay and confront her and she pretend to say she don't know what I'm talking about. Don't come here if unless if you wanna get talked crapped about because you didn't get a more expensive service. For a business place, this is a very unprofessional and filthy place.
