I had a tiny crack in my windshield. The sales rep said my insurance would cover a replacement and that it wouldn't affect my insurance because we're in Arizona. I said no because it's such a small crack and I'll do it if I get another crack or this one grows. Then they said if it cracks again, they'll redo it for free.
I got a crack in the new one less than a week later and brought it back. They said the free replacement didn't cover it but they could bill my insurance again.
I looked over the paperwork and they billed a nice, expensive windowshield to my insurance company but used a cheap one on my car.
Then my insurance went up.
This happened when it was Danny's, so hopefully things are different now. But just know the sales reps will say anything to get you to use their services.
