| - DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! This is a lengthy review but it's better to read this then waste your time there. If I could leave no stars, I would. I was extremely nervous to go to a new salon, I found this salon through yelp and the reviews seemed ok. So I reached out to the owner explained my concerns (I have one day available the next three weeks as I work a very busy job) and they were willing to accommodate that. Or so they said. The owner called me to book and handed the phone to Victoria who was so rude, seemed like she didn't want to talk to me and honestly just seemed like a brat. I was telling her how I only had one day the next month and telling her about my hair which she called an UNFORTUNATE SITUATION which was rude in itself. As nervous as I was because Victoria seemed so mean over the phone and not willing to help, I proceeded to make my appointment with her because I was so pressed on time, then a couple weeks later (after I had been washing my hair every single day to fade it for this appointment) when my appointment day comes THE RECEPTIONIST CALLS ME 2 HOURS BEFORE MY APPOINTMENT SAYING THAT THEY COULDN'T SEE ME THAT DAY BECAUSE VICTORIA WAS SICK AND WANTED TO SEE ME THE NEXT DAY OR WHENEVER "WORKED FOR ME" EVEN THOUGH THAT WAS MY NUMBER ONE THING I SAID OVER AND OVER TO NOT ONLY VICTORIA BUT THE OWNER AS WELL WHILE BOOKING, I HAVE ONE DAY. 2 HOURS PRIOR ON MY ONE DAY OFF AFTER I HAD STRESSED THAT WAS MY ONLY CONCERN, THAT THAT WAS THE ONLY DAY I HAD. I told the receptionist to have her contact me, she never did. I emailed the owner personally and she never got back to me. I get that people get sick, but I myself do make up and book appointments for a living, if someone has an appointment you suck it up and go, or find someone to cover. THATS IT. I am so utterly disappointed and wouldn't wish this horrible experience onto my worst enemy. I called another salon that same day and they took me THAT DAY and my hair is back to blonde and looks great, so don't waste your time with people who don't value their customers or your time!!!
