Didn't quite know what we expected walking in but it was definitely a new experience. The kids had a great time watching the noodles being made in the kitchen. We ordered dumplings for an appetizer, the beef stew soup, the minced pork on thick pasta, and the beef stir fry with wide pasta.
Service was mediocre, but you expect that for a casual spot like that, esp considering the pricing. We had to get up and get our own utensils a couple of times, and didn't get water refills quickly enough.
Food - dumplings came when we were almost done, which was odd. Beef stew - flavor was great but we could not eat the beef. Very odd scraps with fat/cartilage and veins. Next time we will order the sliced beef. Rest of the food was very flavorful, esp the beef stir fry, so we will definitely be back.
