  • June is a hair genius. I've been a client for about 2 years now and I'll never go anywhere else (if she moves, I'll have to follow her.) I've been a client at many upscale and notable salons around the city including Yorkville, Yonge & Lawrence, Queen West, King West....you name it, I've paid very big bucks for crappy hair cuts and lousy attitudes all over the city. June is the real deal, and charges a fair price for her brilliant skills. She's meticulous, professional, detailed, accommodating, and works to a level of precision I have only ever experienced with one other stylist (who charged $200+ for a trim!) Her cuts last much longer than 6 weeks and my hair always looks amazing curly or straight, clean or not so clean, styled or bed-head and 4 months after my last cut (as long as I take care to keep it healthy) I get compliments on my hair almost every day. I trust her 100% and heed her advice. She's also lovely - easy going, good natured, funny, a great storyteller and listener. June is big on educating you about how to keep your hair healthy. Follow her advise (no, she doesn't do it to sell product - she never pushes that way) Plus her shop is one of the most adorable spaces I've ever been in - I love going there. Let her work her scissor magic and you will never, ever look back.
