  • Was shopping for a new place to have my haircut on a regular basis . Tammy was nice enough to extend a "clean-up" as a complimentary gift to try the salon. Making appointments with Sara was difficult . She had me booked for two separate appointments so when I got their I was booked with a different stylist . For the "clean up" I was allowed to have 45 different strands of hair cut . I was told I can only "x" hairs cut from the side and my neck shaved . This is 14$ . No skill was put into my clean up by Tatiana and I was done in 5 minutes . I left a tip to be nice because that's what people do even though they don't have the words to come up with in the moment that you would like your hair fixed . People like myself think that would be rude. I wanted to give them the shot to fix it so I could give them the 280$ for a membership but they would not do me that customer service . That is a shame . This salon will operate on locals like myself to stay strong but they wouldn't fix it . I smartly asked how much it would be to have 600 hairs cut and of course , got hung up on . The place is overpriced and I can't say any one in their is talented or not ? I can say the customer service is poor . I did make a first review but Refine did had it removed . This has more approximation than the previous
