Reading a bunch of mixed reviews so I thought I would give this place a try. When I picked up the car, the exterior wash was pretty standard--my car looked clean. When I initially pulled up, someone immediately started vacuuming and I watched them do a very rushed job on the floor by my passenger's seat and thought "Maybe they're just getting started and will vacuum the rest once I leave." Man was I wrong. I think that front floor area by the passenger's seat was the ONLY spot they vacuumed. One of the main reasons I came here was because I had just taken my 65lb white dog to the vet and he had shed all over the front seat. When I got my car back I didn't think to check the seats because I had been watching them Windex the interior windows and assumed that they were that detailed with all their surfaces. Boy was I wrong. I looked over at the front seat and I could still see a layer of white hair covering my passenger seat. Now, this was a last minute decision that I made while I was driving past and in their defense, I did not clean up the cup holders, but other than the windows, nothing was TOUCHED in the interior. Dirt all over the area of the cupholders, my sunshade that is usually kept unfolded in the backseat was in the exact same position as when I left and hadn't been moved at all. I understand that I probably should have tidied up to make their job a little easier, but they reminded me of how I used to "clean" as a kid. "If you can't see the surface, it doesn't exist and you don't have to touch it." Needless to say, all my future car washes will be $8-10 and I will be taking them through the drive-thru. "Hand" car wash? Yeah right...
