  • People have high standards or something. This hotel wasn't bad; sure it had a few issues, but overall I enjoyed my stay here. The room was nice with great views from the balcony and the hotel was in a good location. We did ask for extra pillows Friday night (called downstairs) and they never brought them so minus one for customer service. The lobby was always chaotic and the elevators were so.freaking.slow. Overall it was a good stay though and I'd probably stay there again. Oh pool and hot tub on the top floor were also a nice bonus.
