My wife and I went here twice. Once we went to their sister Papaya Thai restaurant (attached) this time for their Saigon Pho (Vietnamese) restaurant.
The service was truly awful. I used to manage a bar, was a waiter and bar tender. So I have a l of patience for servers. We were the first ones in the door. Our orders were taken within the first 5 minutes...then another waitress came around to take our orders again. It was hitting the 25 minute point at this time. We ordered spring rolls for an appetizer (which we had to remind them we ordered and then they finally brought them out).
I ordered a sausage and shrimp fried rice mix. Which was ONE shrimp with maybe 4 or 5 pieces of shrimp. My wife ordered some pho and it was really low on broth. We both ordered a drink because the water is not filtered. I ordered a black boba tea and she ordered a ginger/pineapple smoothie. The darn straw wasn't big enough for the bobas...which kind of defeats the point :(. Her smoothie was good though.
All and all It took us about an hour and a half to get in and out of there. There were 6 other tables that came in (4 couples and two groups of 4.) They came in spaced pretty evenly and it seems like many other customers had trouble with their orders.
Portion sizes were...ok. Not huge, not small, they could be a little less cheap with the meat. The service was REALLY lacking. I won't be back.
