  • Three strikes and you're out. What can I say? Their drinks are just absolute crap. I'm not sure how this place got a four-star average. Maybe they have a secret yelp customer deal?? My boyfriend and I live close by, and we decided to try It's a Grind on our weekly Target shopping trip. The first time, we ordered iced coffee. It was awful. It tasted under extracted and watery. I'm no coffee expert, but maybe they need to adjust grind size or something?? The second time we decided to try a frilly drink, blended Java chip something or other. Supposed to be coffee blended with chocolate. Again, where's the coffee?! I believe the menu board said it was made with espresso, but all we could taste was icy milk, with a little bit of chocolate. The third time, I decided to order iced tea, the BF coffee. And, I'm sorry, the quality just wasn't there. Was really hoping to find a good coffee shop on this side of town!
