  • Horrible, I would give zero stars if that was an option. My husband, two very large dogs and I waited over a week for a return phone call during record breaking heat advisory. Even though the HVAC repairman was incredibly friendly the owner of the company informed me I was "stupid" and "uneducated" and had "no idea how air conditioning companies worked" after being without air for a week. I was unable to live in my house during this time and can't fathom how an owner of a company can talk to paying customers this way. Do not use.
