  • BEWARE!! SAMSUNG WARRANTY WORK. I have a Samsung Microwave (Over the Range)purchased through Lowe's. Samsung authorized a one-time repair even though it was out of warranty the end of September 2014. I was very grateful for that but in hindsight, would have been better off had they denied the claim. I read the previous review about USACO and was very cautious. I even brought it up to Samsung that I did not want USACO to service my microwave. As it turns, out, USACO is the only warranty service provider for Samsung in Las Vegas, NV. My experience with USACO was horrible and had an eerie resemblance to another Yelp review. The person who serviced my microwave was also Benny. What an unfortunate coincidence for me!! When Benny came to my house to look at Microwave, no issues. When it came time to fix my microwave and reinstall it is when all the problems happened. After fixing the microwave through the warranty work, I could hear him struggling to reinstall it. He started cussing and then gave up. He told me whoever first installed the microwave did not due it properly and I needed to have THEM remount it. He was completely flustered and I could tell he did not want to work on it anymore. There were no problems with the first install and he never mentioned anything until he had a hard time re-mounting it. I told him it was properly installed and he didn't seem to care. He was not going to do it and nothing I said would change his mind. As it turns out, he broke one of the mount/wall anchors. He left my house in such a hurry that he forgot to put several screws for the outside microwave cover. As it turns out, he removed the cover and housing where the outside microwave lights go to illuminate the range below. I can't even buy lights to replace it since the whole part is missing. When I called Samsung and USACO to fix, Samsung told me I could call another company to reinstall at my own cost (I should have just bought a new one!). USACO was very apologetic and here is where the eerie resemblance to the other Yelp review. They told me that Benny was the only person that services the Samsungs and they have been trying to hire more people but no one has applied. I couldn't believe it, they were letting this guy Benny, get away with murder. Initially, Benny came back with one of the other employees when I would not let him back to my house without another employee due to his poor attitude. On a different occasion, they tried to send one of the supervisors to fix it but he didn't know how. They did a poor job and remounted the microwave without a wall anchor. Luckily there were still two on it. At that point, my family was so frustrated we were done with the company, so much wasted time and energy. When I told them about the missing screws from the cover, they told me there was nothing they can do. Please avoid this company at all costs. I'm going to tell everyone who will listen. Be careful when buying Samsung Microwaves because if it breaks down, USACO is the ones that will be sent to fix it and you will receive terrible customer service and will end up worse off then when you first started. I'm going to do what I can to make sure other innocent customers do not suffer what I did.
