  • I feel that the other reviews are being unfair. First off, I have found the office staff to be quite friendly and helpful. There were some change ups in staff before, but the two people who run the office now have been around for quite a while. They have always been polite, even when I came in with a complaint in a fairly salty mood. Maintenance staff is also nice and always wave hello when you see them. I have never had management try to enter my unit without notice. The one time they did inspections, they actually gave us 4 days notice. Shout out to Aaron and Erica for being awesome! These buildings are fairly old, so yes there are some plumbing issues. It seems like those are getting resolved now and they don't need to shut off the water as often as before. I personally have never had any problems with leaks or anything like that. Pest control comes every week and the service is included with the price of the rent. All you have to do is let management know that there is a problem and they send out the pest control company. Lets face it, this is Arizona, not Antarctica...there's going to be a few creepy crawlies from time to time. I've never had anyone steal my clothes from the washer/dryer in the laundry room. The room is locked and you need a key to get in. Have never seen any drug deals going on or police with their guns drawn. We have had the police come a couple times for whatever reason, but it was a maximum of two officers in two separate cars. Never ever once have smelled marijuana and I have lived here for a year and just renewed my lease. All in all, this is a decent place to live. Rental rates are going up everywhere in the valley, that's a fact of life. I've seen places with smaller units charging much more than what they charge here. The grounds are nicely kept, there are two pools, a hot tub, and an area with grills and a patio set. Any complaints I have had have been addressed, maintenance problems have been fixed in a timely fashion, and it's generally a fairly quiet complex. If you want luxury amenities, be prepared to pay luxury prices. My husband and I are quite happy here and plan to stay until we can purchase a house.
