  • DONT LEASE HERE!!!!!!!!! LOOK ELSEWHERE!!!! Walls are horribly thin. Didn't realize it until someone actually lived above me. They sound like they're doing p90x in their room everyday when they get home its not worth the 1600 I pay for this place... Especially for a one bedroom. After utilities and stuff almost 1800 dollars for a 1 bedroom. The quality if my blinds/cabinets is not worth the price. the blinds are low quality it feels like I have to break the blinds to get them to slide across the window. the cabinet bottoms are so thin and the cabinets barley hold any weight before the nails holding the bottom together just give out. When I got the apartment the bottom of one of the cabinets was busted out, it was replaced but they are extremely thin. However the views are nice. Along with the amenities and location. So it's nice in the sense you feel like your paying way too much. Broke my lease they charge a fat fee of 2k even if your rent is lower plus any incentives, I can't say goodbye enough as everything I've experienced was horrid. Also they have the worst emergency lighting fiasco right now none of their emergency lighting works on battery back up as required by the National electrical code. They claim to have tested the system but yet the never placed full load on the emergency panel which means they don't even test their equipment correctly.
