  • The customer service was so terrible we walked out of the store. I have never been left alone at a sleep number. The salesman was awful. He would point with his finger as if I know where to walk to! Who does that?! Being a loyal Sleep Number customer I have NEVER experienced such horrendous service. One would think that if beds are expensive you get quality customer service and not crappy/lacking service. Now I'm wondering if I should bother giving this company my money in the future. I'm certainly not going back to that store!
