  • This was the worst experience I've had in any medical office ever. I went to this I doctor two years ago and have been just looking for another eye doctor. When I was here two years ago the office staff was very rude and unprofessional. I went in today to pick up my medical records since I found a new eye doctor, and the front office lady, Anita, acted like I wasn't even standing at the window. She completely ignored me and was fiddling around with some lenses.I understand if you're in the middle of something; but at least acknowledge the person standing in front of you. When I told her I needed my records she acted like I was putting her out. She said she could only go back to 2014 but I told her I had brought my previous records from my doctor on the East Coast. She said I have to contact my old Dr. So after I pressed her she finally,though hesitant, printed out all my records. I would never recommend this practice!! EVER! So RUDE!
