  • Called this company today to get a quote on a water softener and received excellent service. In less than 30 minutes one of the owners Tom was at our house for the quote. He was very informative and provided us with all of our options so we could pick one according to our needs and budget. He provided the information without pressuring us and insisting on a decision right away which I really appreciated. Tom was also very open to questions. We decided to have one installed and the installers were at my house within 20 minutes. The installer were Jose, Fidel, and Tyler. They where pleasant and provided service with a smile. They listened to our questions and provided all the information necessary for us to maintain the softener, which turns out to be very little. Due to not having plumbing in place, they dug a trench to run the pipe to the garage and I was impressed by the condition they left my yard in. They refilled the hole, replaced the rock, and even put my solar lights right back in the row with the rest. They did such a good job that you couldn't really tell they had ever dug the trench. They also washed my sidewalk where they were digging by. I definitely recommend this company for their great employees, service, promptness, cleanliness, and pricing.
